Overview

Government and specialist organisations have always been challenged when finding suitable training systems. These organisations will often rely on internal processes and staff to plan, execute and participate in training, creating heavy burdens on resources. This can be due to sensitivities within their roles or a lack of trained personnel. Training objectives can often be compressed with staff still required to meet their normal daily business outputs or staff are simply not employed to roleplay, reducing the overall effectiveness of the training.

The founders of VTG have experienced the hassle and stress associated with a lack of professional support when conducting training first hand and can now offer other organisations a superior option to ensure training is both cost effective and realistic to enhancing training outcome.

VTG aims to improve both the effectiveness of the training and to reduce the burden on internal resources. What makes VTG a unique provider is the experience expertise and professionalism that can be devoted to supporting any training our clients require.

Concept Roleplaying

“The acting out or performance of a particular role, either consciously (as a technique in psychotherapy or training) or unconsciously, in accordance with the perceived expectations of society as regards a person’s behaviour in a particular context.”

Specialist role-playing goes beyond the realm of acting or portraying an entity. VTG will provide the next level of role-playing with handpicked and extensively trained instructors that will go further than simply following a script or plan.

Our instructors will be able to perform role-play ranging from simple interaction training through to realistic counter-intelligence trained operatives. Our training model will likely be separated into three tiers to cater for all ranges of clients:
